Fees

Proto-Worx usually charges hourly for all services; rates are contingent upon the type of vocational service requested.

 

We are pleased to discuss our fee arrangements prior to any referral for services.

 

Hourly fees apply to all activities from file review through completion of the final report; mileage is billed at the prevailing IRS rate. We provide thorough documentation of all activities with billing increments of one tenth of an hour.
  
Our fees are always competitive with other disability management companies in the area. Unlike other providers, we do not charge a higher rate for vocational testimony either by deposition or live testimony.

 

Discounted Flat fee services can be structured with customers.

 

We will discuss in advance any issues related to costs and be will to offer an approximation of total costs based upon our experience in providing similar services in the past.
