H. Robert Stackhouse - President

H. Robert Stackhouse has been employed within the field since 1982. He holds a MA in Developmental Psychology from the University of Dayton and has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor since 1987.


A Certified Case Manager since 1993 and is approved as a Vocational Evaluator under Act 57 of the Pennsylvania State Legislature and the Bureau of Workers Compensation. He has served as a Vocational Director for both Rehabilitation Network and for Novaeon previously, managing vocational rehabilitation on a regional and national basis.


He provides services in areas involving workers compensation, LTD, family law, product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, life care planning, job placement, as well as corporate planning relative to disability management, including ADA compliance, light duty creation and transitioning, and job analysis construction/depiction.

 

John Dieckman - Vice President

John Dieckman has been employed within the field since 1983. He holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Services in addition to a Masters in Divinity. He has also been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, as well as a Certified Disability Management Rehabilitation Specialist since 1985.


He has served as an Assistant Vocational Director for both Rehabilitation Network and for Novaeon. He also provides services in areas involving workers compensation, LTD, family law, product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, life care planning, job placement, as well as corporate planning relative to disability management, including ADA compliance, light duty creation and transitioning, and job analysis construction/depiction.

 

Robin Subers

Robin Subers serves as a Vocational Specialist, and has worked as a colleague of Mr. Stackhouse and Mr. Dieckman since her entrance into the field in 1991. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Immaculata College.


She provides services concentrating in areas involving workers compensation, LTD, family law, product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, life care planning, job placement, as well as corporate planning relative to disability management, including job analysis construction/depiction.

 

Mike Haley

Mike Haley serves as a Vocational Specialist, having worked for Proto-Worx since 2004. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Community Psychology from Springfield College and is also a Certified Addictions Counselor. He has experience as a Placement Counselor, Adjunct Faculty Instructor for Wilmington College and Director of Employment Services for The Arc of Delaware.


He provides services concentrating in areas involving workers compensation, LTD, job placement, as well as corporate planning relative to disability management, including job analysis construction/depiction.
